During the winter break of 2020, my family and I plan to go to 14 trails in 2 weeks, allowing one trail per day.
Day One: Three Sisters Trail
On the first day, my family and I traveled to the Three Sisters Trail. There was a long hill that we had to climb. The sun was at its peak, and it was scorching. My tongue was as dry as leather.
Along with the steepness and the sun, I also had a JACKET on. My mom thought it was going to be "cold" with clouds. Well, look who's wrong now, Mom.

It was long and tiring! Eventually, we made it through. Then we had to travel downhill. Nooo! My dad came down first, but then I decided to start running and couldn't stop. Fortunately, my dad caught me and I was safe. After the descent, we had to go up another hill. This hill led to another trail called the Barkentine Trail. This would lead us downhill back to the start of the Three Sisters Trail. The entire trip filled my nose with the smell of dirt. The [dead] mustard branches brushed each other to make a sound like running water.
